Role & responsibilities
oneGTMlab builds go-to-market systems for B2B teams outbound motions, AI-run SDR stacks, ICP and campaign design. We publish what we build: playbooks, workflow teardowns, and tooling breakdowns that GTM operators actually use.
This role owns how that work reaches people. You'll build the video engine across Instagram and YouTube, run the production system behind it, and turn everything we publish into content that travels. You own social as a demand channel you decide what gets made, what scales, and where the effort goes.
What you'll own
- THE DISTRIBUTION NUMBER : Qualified reach, saves and shares, profile visits that turn into conversations, and inbound that came from content. Follower count is not the target. You set the numbers with the founder in month one and then you own them.
- THE VIDEO ENGINE, END TO END : Instagram Reels and YouTube. Script, shoot, edit, caption, thumbnail, publish. The full chain sits with you, including the parts you choose to hand off.
- SCRIPTS AND HOOKS : The first two seconds decide whether the rest of the video matters. One idea per video, a reason to keep watching at three seconds, and a line people can quote. You will write more scripts than anything else in this role.
- THE AI PRODUCTION STACK : Stills, motion, voice and avatar work using tools such as Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Runway, Kling, HeyGen and ElevenLabs. Output that looks like generic AI work does not ship. Everything goes out matching our brand.
- WRITTEN CONTENT BEYOND CAPTIONS : Blogs, LinkedIn and the newsletter, covering outbound, ICP, ABM, AI SDR stacks and sales tooling. You will be writing about subjects you need to learn properly first.
- THE REPURPOSING SYSTEM : One artifact, whether a teardown, a diagram or a client call, should become a week of assets across four surfaces. Building that system matters more than any single post you make.
- AUTOMATION : Make.com or n8n, a content database in Notion or Airtable, with scheduling and reporting wired in. Any manual step you keep is a step you will repeat two hundred times this year.
- CHANNEL CALLS: Which platform earns the effort, which format we commit to, and where we stop spending time. Bring the reasoning behind the call, not the trend.
- REPORTING THAT HOLDS UP : Retention curves, watch time, saves and content assisted pipeline. Impressions on their own tell us nothing. If a report does not change what we film next week, do not build it.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 4 years in social media, content production or video, including atleast a year on B2B SaaS, martech or a technical product. A channel of your own that you grew from zero counts.
- You have taken an account from low visibility to a real audience and can walk us through how it happened. The format that worked, the calls you made, and the ones that failed.
- Hands on editing experience with CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci, plus Descript for talking head cuts. Be ready to share raw footage next to the finished cut.
- You write scripts that hold attention, and you can show the retention graph behind one of them.
- Real control over AI generation. Consistent style across a set, text that renders correctly inside an image, and output that reads as a brand rather than a prompt.
- You write clearly in long form. Captions are not the bar. You will be publishing blogs and LinkedIn posts under our name.
- Comfortable on camera, or comfortable directing whoever is.
Good to have
- YouTube packaging as its own craft. Thumbnails, titling, and the CTR loop in the first 24 hours.
- Automation experience with Make.com, n8n, Airtable or Notion as a content system.
- Design work in Figma or Canva, working inside a brand template.
- Podcast or webinar repurposing at volume.
- Experience marketing or selling to sales and GTM teams, and a sense of how they buy.
Who this suits
You will do well here if you have run a channel end to end and enjoyed it,
deciding what gets made rather than working through a calendar someone else built. You should be comfortable building process as you go, and faster than your years of experience suggest because you have automated the parts other people still do by hand. If you are looking for an established content function with a strategist above you handing down briefs, this is the wrong
stage.
Education: Any Graduate.
