Role Description

As a Social Media Manager intern at Product Space, you will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and others. On a day-to-day basis, you will draft and publish posts, optimize content for reach and engagement, monitor performance metrics, and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. You will collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align social media messaging with product management learning themes, promotions, and brand guidelines. This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular presence at the office for team meetings, content brainstorming, and coordination on campaign activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage Social Media Marketing activities and apply Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practices.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and professional interpersonal communication.
• Experience or interest in developing Content Strategy for educational or career-focused brands.
• Solid Writing skills for creating concise, engaging posts, captions, and short-form content.
