• Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience professionally
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports (reach, engagement, growth)
• Collaborate with the team for campaigns, reels, and promotional content
• Support in maintaining content calendars and campaign planning
