JD Jones & Co is hiring a Social Media / Content Creator Intern. The seat is on PotionLabs — our AI company — and on the founder’s personal brand.

You will sit with the team, understand what we did that week, write the script, record with the founder, edit, and post. You will run both the company accounts and the founder’s accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.

PotionLabs is an AI solutions company. We build AI-native systems that run the operational core of a business.

JD Jones & Co (P) Ltd is a century-old manufacturer of fluid sealing products, established in 1923 and ISO 9001:2015 certified. The team you sit with works from our Park Street office.

Role Snapshot

• Location: Park Street Area, Kolkata
• Duration: 3 Months
• Start Date: Immediate
• Stipend: ₹12,000–15,000 per month
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 10 AM–2 PM

Purpose of the Role

To turn real daily work into short, founder‑on‑camera content that grows the founder’s name and the PotionLabs name — and attracts people who might join, fund, or buy.

Key ResponsibilitiesScript and Record

• Sit with the team and pull stories from what actually happened that week.
• Write short scripts for founder-facing videos.
• Record with the founder — talking‑head, product screen stories, and day‑in‑the‑life content.

Edit and Post

• Cut reels and posts ready to publish.
• Maintain the founder’s accounts and the PotionLabs accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Adapt one story across all three platforms.

Own the Week

• Come in with a plan for what gets filmed and what gets published.
• Treat this as a content job, not a caption job.

Candidate ProfileYou Must Have

• Run a real social media account — not a class project or a one‑off post.
• At least 5 videos with 100,000+ views each. If you cannot provide links to them, do not apply.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who can write a tight script, film a face, and cut a reel.
• Someone who already understands what gets watched.
• Clear written English.
• Someone who can sit in an office, observe the work, and turn it into a story.

What Doesn’t Matter

• Degree, college, or CGPA.
• Whether you are a student, dropout, or self‑taught.
• Number of certifications or marketing courses.

Focus

The account you ran, and the five videos. That is the application.

What We Are Not Looking For

• Caption‑only candidates or people who say “I can manage a page” without video proof.
• Generic internship applications with no links.
