Job summary

NTwinkle Media is a dynamic digital media agency seeking a curious, creative Social Media & Content Associate to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing social media initiatives across multiple brands.

You will participate in trend research, brainstorming and content planning, coordinating with writers, designers and editors to take ideas from concept to publishing. Fresh graduates with internships and a strong portfolio are welcome.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
• Freshers with relevant internships, projects or a strong portfolio may also apply.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, reels and content formats.
• Strong creative mindset and awareness of current social media trends.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT and social media scheduling tools.
• A proactive, responsible and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Research social media trends, formats, competitors and content opportunities.
• Contribute ideas for posts, reels, carousels, stories and campaigns.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media calendars.
• Convert approved ideas into clear briefs for writers, designers and video editors.
• Coordinate with the internal creative team to ensure timely content delivery.
• Write basic captions, hooks, reel concepts and social media copy.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Review creatives and captions for basic accuracy before publishing.
• Maintain content calendars, approval trackers and internal documents.
• Track deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
• Monitor engagement and assist in preparing monthly performance reports.
• Use tools such as Canva, ChatGPT and other AI or creative platforms to support content creation.

About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, creative and organised Social Media & Content Associate who wants to build hands-on experience in social media planning and execution.

This is not limited to uploading posts. You will participate in trend research, brainstorming, content planning, creative coordination, publishing and performance tracking across multiple brands.

You’ll work closely with social media strategists, writers, designers and video editors to take content from an initial idea to final publishing.
