Job summary

NexAdvent Digital Solutions in New Delhi is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to manage client social accounts, develop content ideas, write engaging captions, and coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure on-brand execution.

You will plan monthly content calendars, track engagement and reach, monitor comments, and stay up to date with platform changes, collaborating with multiple clients across industries in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong copywriting and content ideation skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Canva is advantageous.

• Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
• Track engagement, reach, followers, and other relevant metrics.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions when required.

• Participate in client calls and understand their requirements, feedback, and brand communication.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the client’s brand guidelines and communication style.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure timely delivery of all social media activities.
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Strong content ideation and copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to independently take ownership of tasks.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
