We're Canada's leading premium stationery brand creating a new generation of stationery lovers through whimsical, fun, and collectable products. Our mission: "Make fancy fun". We believe beautiful stationery should be accessible, joyful, and spark creativity in everyday life.
We specialize in premium fountain pens, inks, and notebooks, crafting fine stationery products for over 10 years with constant innovation and refinement. Every product is designed to make writing and creating more magical and whimsical.
Our customers span North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the UK - from individual stationery enthusiasts and DIY creatives to artsy professionals who share our passion for quality craftsmanship. We serve them through both retail partnerships (B2B) and our rapidly expanding eCommerce (DTC) channels.
We're building a thriving community of 135K Instagram followers who actively engage with our brand daily. We proudly support 350-500 artists through our dynamic ambassador program. Recently, we've partnered with Warner Brothers for licensed Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Superman collections - our most successful campaigns to date.
We're a hybrid organization with 45-50 teammates headquartered in Toronto, with team members across Canada and Pakistan.
Our culture is performance-driven yet flexible. We're serious about stationery but also a playful, eclectic, and creative bunch. We strive to make our core values part of everyday conversations and follow them diligently. While we work hard, we don't work crazy hours, and our managers don't micromanage. We're always growing, open to learning, and embrace a bit of healthy chaos.
We're looking for a remote Social Media Copywriter to write engaging social media copy that captures our whimsical brand voice. As we scale our licensed collections and creative community, we need a dedicated wordsmith for Instagram (our main platform), Facebook, and emerging channels like Threads, TikTok, and X.
In this role, you'll create at least one in-feed post and multiple Reels daily, plus monthly giveaways and promotional campaigns. You'll write for high-profile collaborations with Warner Brothers (Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Superman) and our signature product lines, working from our master marketing timeline and using ChatGPT within our established frameworks to craft compelling narratives.
You'll collaborate closely with our Content Development Team Coordinator to align your copy with product launches and our content calendar. Over time, you'll also write product descriptions with our Product Development team, contributing from mood boards through final launches. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand voice for a thriving creative community of 135K+ followers.
Brings 3-5 years of social media copywriting experience and genuinely loves the craft of storytelling. You're someone who shows up consistently—reliable and dependable without needing reminders. You're friendly and collaborative, the kind of person who builds easy rapport with Designers, Marketers, and Product teams. You bring genuine enthusiasm to the work, eager to get into the mindset of our brand and make everyday stationery feel special. You're not just checking boxes—you're excited about embodying our voice, learning what makes our community tick, and contributing creative ideas that move us forward.
Your performance will be measured by engagement rates, impressions across Instagram and Meta platforms, and how effectively you embody and evolve our brand voice.
