Role Summary

Drive brand engagement, community presence, and create high-performing short-form video content across all social touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Active community engagement: Commenting on relevant travel posts, responding to DMs, engaging in threads, and initiating conversations across Instagram, Reddit, Twitter/X, Threads, and Facebook.
• Short-form video editing: Creating engaging Reels, Shorts, and Threads clips using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Social posting & distribution: Scheduling and publishing travel trends, memes, destination highlights, and carousel posts.
• Community listening: Monitoring travel discussions on Reddit and X to represent the brand organically.

Requirements

• Hands-on video editing skills (Reels format, pacing, audio sync, captions).
• Deep understanding of social platform culture (Reddit etiquette, X/Twitter humor, Instagram algorithm).
