PixelOMedia is hunting for Social Media / Content Creators who don't just follow trends - they CREATE them.

If you can turn a brand message into a viral moment, if you understand what makes people double-tap, comment, and share - we need to talk.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating thumb-stopping content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube
• Writing captions that convert - witty, sharp, on-brand
• Shooting and editing reels, stories, carousels, and posts
• Tracking what works and optimizing based on analytics
• Staying ahead of trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Working with clients to understand their brand voice and amplify it
• Brainstorming campaigns that get people talking

You're our person if:

• Your own social media game is strong (show us your handle!)
• You can write copy that makes people stop scrolling
• You know Canva/CapCut/Premiere like the back of your hand
• You understand platform algorithms and best practices
• You're a content consumption machine - you LIVE on social media
• You can shoot, edit, and post - end to end execution
• 0-3 years experience (or you're self-taught with results to show)

Bonus points if:

• You've grown accounts from scratch
• You understand paid social/Meta ads
• You're comfortable on camera
• You have a design eye
