Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead SOC operations across client environments in India. You will guide 24x7 analysts, oversee incident response, and drive continuous improvement in security monitoring and service delivery.

You will coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, manage SLAs and playbooks, and ensure skilled, compliant operations across SIEM platforms like Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, RSA SA, and Microsoft Defender.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/InfoSec or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, GCIH certifications preferred.
• Experience leading SOC teams in 24x7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOC teams (L1/L2/L3 analysts) across 24x7 operations.
• Oversee incident monitoring, investigation, escalation, and response activities.
• Ensure effective use and performance of SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, RSA SA, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Review incidents, RCA reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and team skill development.
• Support audits, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Manage roster planning, shift coverage, and resource utilization.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing enterprise or critical infrastructure environmentspreferred
