Contactx Resource Management is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead 24x7 SOC operations across client environments, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and service delivery.

The role oversees SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, RSA SA, Microsoft Sentinel) and coordinates cross‑functional teams, audits, and governance.

Relocation to Mumbai is possible; immediate joiners preferred; Bangalore/Gurgaon/Delhi options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOC teams 24x7 operations.
• Oversee incident monitoring, investigation, escalation, and response.
• Ensure effective use and performance of SIEM platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Review incidents, RCA reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and skill development.
• Support audits, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Manage roster planning, shift coverage, and resources.

We are seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead and manage SOC operations, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and service delivery across security platforms and client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOC teams (L1/L2/L3 analysts) across 24x7 operations.
• Oversee incident monitoring, investigation, escalation, and response activities.
• Ensure effective use and performance of SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, RSA SA, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Review incidents, RCA reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and team skill development.
• Support audits, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Manage roster planning, shift coverage, and resource utilization.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience in SOC operations, Incident Response, and SIEM management.
• Working knowledge of EDR, AV, Firewall, IPS, Deception, Network & Endpoint Security.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, threat landscape, and IR lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing enterprise or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
