Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team for CCS1 Slab and Bloom Caster units, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and targets.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and extend machinery life.
• Coordinate with production and quality departments to align maintenance activities with operational requirements and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to support uninterrupted maintenance operations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance reports, documentation, and records for audit and review purposes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating maintenance processes and adopting best practices and new technologies.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for root cause analysis and implementation of long-term solutions for recurring mechanical issues.
