Collaborate with production, safety, and quality teams, develop maintenance plans, and mentor junior staff. This role requires strong project management and reporting capabilities in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering activities related to carbon steel production, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of mechanical equipment and systems to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and reliability programs to enhance equipment lifespan and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and safety to ensure seamless integration of mechanical processes.
• Manage project planning, execution, and monitoring for mechanical upgrades, installations, and process improvements within the department.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies in all mechanical operations.
• Analyze mechanical system failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve system reliability.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
