The role involves coordinating with the digital marketing and design teams, assisting in campaign planning, and responding to audience interactions and inquiries in a timely, professional manner. The SMO Executive will also contribute ideas for new social media initiatives and support overall online reputation management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong social media management skills, including profile optimization, content planning, and engagement handling on major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Candidates should possess skills in social media strategy and analytics, including experience with campaign planning, performance tracking, and reporting using relevant tools.
• Candidates should possess content-related skills, such as writing clear social media copy, basic visual/content coordination, and understanding of audience-focused messaging.
• Candidates should possess digital marketing awareness, including familiarity with SEO basics, online branding, and integration of SMO with broader marketing campaigns.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Relevant experience in SMO, social media marketing, or digital marketing in an agency or similar environment is preferred.
