Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Claims professional in India to join immediately.

You will manage end-to-end claims, coordinate with clients and adjusters, and ensure timely, fair settlements while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The candidate should have 4–8 years of hands-on experience in P&C claims handling, a strong understanding of international policies and regulations, and proven skills in renewals management and risk

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or related field (claims handling).
• Strong understanding of international insurance policies and regulations.
• Proficiency in Renewals process management.
• Excellent underwriting skills with ability to analyze risk assessments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage property and casualty insurance claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claim disputes.
• Conduct thorough investigations into complex claims, analyzing data and evidence to determine fair settlement amounts.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism throughout the claims process.
