Job summary

Guideline Inc. is seeking a candidate for Insurance non-voice (Property & Casualty) roles in Bangalore. The position operates on a 9 am–7 pm shift with work-from-office arrangements and immediate to 30 days joining.

The role focuses on P&C processes, policy lifecycle, and compliance, handling claims, underwriting, and client coordination. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of P&C insurance experience, strong data analysis skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in P&C insurance preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute P&C insurance processes (claims & underwriting).
• Handle claims back-office operations and policy lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with international insurance regulations.
• Work on commercial lines of business in the P&C domain.
• Review and process US insurance policy documents with accuracy.
• Perform premium validations, endorsements, and policy renewals.
• Coordinate with onshore teams and brokers for policy-related queries.
• Maintain SLA, quality standards, and compliance in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute P&C Insurance processes (Claims & Underwriting)
• Handle claims back-office operations and policy lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with international insurance regulations
• Work on commercial lines of business in the P&C domain
• Review and process US insurance policy documents with accuracy
• Perform premium validations, endorsements, and policy renewals
• Coordinate with onshore teams and brokers for policy-related queries
• Maintain SLA, quality standards, and compliance in daily operations

• Handle process-related escalations and provide timely resolutions to team members, Provide guidance and support to team members on complex Property & Casualty cases and process queries.
