• Candidates from Insurance Broking background will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and achieve business growth targets.
• Manage and develop relationships with intermediaries and channel partners.
• Handle RFQs and coordinate with insurers for competitive quotations.
• Support underwriting activities including risk assessment, quote comparison, documentation, and policy placement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing.
• Maintain strong engagement with insurance companies and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of commercial insurance opportunities.
• Support portfolio management and retention of existing business.
• Provide suitable insurance solutions based on client requirements.
