• Minimum relevant experience in SME / Commercial Insurance domain.

• Experience in intermediary relationship management and business development.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and business transactions efficiently.
• Candidates from Insurance Broking background will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and achieve business growth targets
• Manage and develop relationships with intermediaries and channel partners
• Handle RFQs and coordinate with insurers for competitive quotations
• Support underwriting activities including risk assessment, quote comparison, documentation, and policy placement
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing
• Maintain strong engagement with insurance companies and stakeholders
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of commercial insurance opportunities
• Support portfolio management and retention of existing business
• Provide suitable insurance solutions based on client requirements
