Job summary

Hyrix seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Senior Process Executive (SPE) for OTC Brokerage Payable in Pune/Bengaluru. The role requires 2–9 years of experience in OTC Brokerage Payable with hands-on reconciliations and brokerage calculations. Strong Excel skills and client/stakeholder management are essential.

Location is Pune or Bengaluru with 0–90 days notice. Compensation for SME up to ₹10.0 LPA and SPE up to ₹6.5 LPA, with standard hikes. Apply with current/expected CTC and notice period.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in OTC Brokerage Reconciliation.
• Proven expertise in Manual Brokerage Calculation.
• Strong domain knowledge of OTC derivative products: FX, Options, IRS, CCS, Repos, FXO, PM, PMO.
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Word.
• Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily Reconciliation: Manage trade reconciliations and calculate brokerage accurately.
• Exception Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies within SLAs.
• Broker Relationship: Handle broker queries, settle balances, and drive zero-escalation targets.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain EOD checklists, generate accuracy reports, participate in client reviews.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose workflow enhancements, assist with ad-hoc reporting.
