Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Pune seeks a Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 to lead a specialist team responsible for processing orders and transactions from trading desks, in coordination with Operations - Transaction Services.

You will supervise performance, drive process improvements, and manage risk while ensuring adherence to laws, policies and firm standards. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience with at least 3–4 years in Investment Banking products.
• Experience supervising a team and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operating efficiency and ensure the team meets performance and quality expectations.
• Evaluate team performance and make recommendations for increases, promotions, terminations, staffing, etc.
• Resolve escalated issues and provide closure.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and train staff on changes.
• Analyze data to identify control deficiencies and remediate.
• Identify control deficiencies and implement procedures.
• Back up the manager as required and assess risk in business decisions.

## Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2Apply: Hybrid: DLF CYBERCITY 12B: PLOT NO-1, S.NO. 77: Full time: Posted Today: 26987628We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 based in PUNE.The Securities & Derivatives is an SME/Checker level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team.
