- Qualification: B.E/B. Tech, M.E/MTech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering.
- iLenSys is seeking a senior Electronics Hardware Technical Leader to own and drive product-level and system-level hardware architecture across the organization. This role will serve as the SME for electronics hardware, leading complex technical decisions, resolving critical challenges, and guiding multiple development programs from concept through production.
- Strong expertise on Electrical/Electronic components, PCBA’s, its applications & usage. Need to manage Electronics Hardware & System Architecture activities.
- 20+ years of experience in electronics hardware design and system architecture, with proven leadership in product development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Analog, digital, mixed-signal circuit design
- High-speed interfaces, power electronics, and signal integrity
- PCB architecture, multi-layer boards, and layout constraints
- System-level integration (hardware-firmware-mechanical-thermal)
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction across multiple programs and stakeholders.
- Help and guide the team on qualification plans, change implementation and coordination with stakeholders.
- Define and own end-to-end electronics hardware and system architecture for current and future products.
- Act as the organization-wide SME for electronics hardware, addressing complex design, integration, and production challenges.
- Provide technical leadership across all hardware development programs, ensuring quality, reliability, cost, and scalability.
- Guide cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to deliver integrated system solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish technical standards, best practices, and long-term architectural roadmaps.
