Job Summary

Design and develop hardware products, including circuit boards, components, and systems as per industry standards and best practices. Design and develop hardware components and systems such as circuit boards, microprocessors, sensors, ICs and other computer hardware. Provide technical project management for PCBA redesign for EOL, quality, cost, and NPD projects. Prepare qualification, testing, and validation plans and coordinate lab activities. Perform bench‑level testing of boards and handle lab instruments. Drive communication with customers, vendors, and global teams.

Essential - must have Skills

• Strong understanding of hardware architecture
• Component selection and bench‑level testing, system‑level integration
• Hands‑on experience with micro‑controller families – 8/16/32‑bit, ST/NXP/equivalent
• Hands‑on experience with high‑speed / mixed‑signal design
• Knowledge of power integrity and signal integrity analysis, sensors, modules, communication interfaces

Desirable - good to have Skills

• Experience in memory interfaces (DDR, NAND, NOR, Flash)
• Experience with EMI/EMC standards (medical/industrial standards)
• Risk analysis and mitigation planning
