Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle in SAP TM Order Management ensuring timely creation, updating and closure within SLAs.
• Execute order processing via voice channels, responding to calls and inquiries from internal teams and partners.
• Monitor order status and transportation activities, proactively addressing delays or data issues to protect delivery commitments.
• Validate order data including shipment details and contractual terms in SAP modules for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to align shipments with capacity and optimize routes.
