Job summary

Maveric in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced TLM Developer / Configuration & Support Specialist to design, configure, and support reconciliation solutions within the SmartStream TLM platform. You will handle end-to-end configuration, debugging, and production support across TLM modules.

The role demands hands-on expertise in TLM views, data sources, match rules, and control components, with a focus on reliable operations and dashboard-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in TLM development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of TLM architecture, data integration, and reconciliation rules.
• Hands-on experience with file load configuration and MI setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug across TLM components.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage File Load Configurations, including MI, Commute, and Ad-Hoc setup within the TLM platform.
• Perform dashboard configuration and maintenance of Classes, Data Sources, and other TLM View/Recs UI components.
• Design, configure, and support end-to-end reconciliation match setups.
• Develop a strong understanding of the underlying TLM configuration framework, data flows, and business rules.
• Configure, administer, and support TLM Control components.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reconciliation issues, matching exceptions, and system defects.
• Debug production issues and understand interdependencies across TLM components.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) Developer / Configuration & Support Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in TLM configuration, reconciliation setup, control framework, and production support.

The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of TLM architecture, data integration, file load configuration, match set configuration, dashboard setup, and troubleshooting across the TLM ecosystem. The role requires a combination of development, configuration, administration, and support skills to design, implement, maintain, and optimize reconciliation solutions within the SmartStream TLM platform.

This position will be responsible for configuring and supporting end-to-end reconciliation processes, implementing match rules, managing data sources and classes, administering TLM Control, and providing technical expertise for debugging and resolving production issues while ensuring seamless operation of the TLM environment.
