Job summary

BelWo in Mohali, Punjab is seeking an experienced SmartCOMM Developer Level 2 to join our CCM team. The role requires 7–13 years of hands-on development using the SmartCOMM platform and a client-focused mindset.

You will design templates, integrate with REST APIs, and provide production support from office hours in Mohali (WFO). Strong XML/XSLT/HTML/CSS skills and collaboration with business and tech teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–13 years of hands-on SmartCOMM development.
• Proficient with SmartCOMM Designer, Interactive, and Batch.
• Strong XML/XSLT/XPath, HTML/CSS, and REST API skills.
• Experience with SQL/databases and CCM/document composition.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates and docs.
• Configure customer communications such as letters, invoices, notices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet requirements.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support.

We are looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in developing and supporting Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates and document generation solutions.
• Configure and customize customer communications such as letters, statements, invoices, and notices.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and production support.
• Participate in deployment activities and ensure smooth implementation of SmartCOMM solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

• 7-13 years of experience in SmartCOMM development.
• Hands‑on experience with SmartCOMM Designer, SmartCOMM Interactive, and SmartCOMM Batch.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Customer Communication Management (CCM) and document composition.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL/Databases, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or other enterprise environments will be an added advantage.
