Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills and SDLC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customer communications using SmartCOMM for print, email, SMS, and digital channels.
• Create templates, rules, and workflows to support personalized communications.
• Develop scalable, high-volume communication solutions aligned with business and compliance needs.
• Configure data mapping, conditional logic, and content management components.
• Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise apps and databases.
• Test, troubleshoot production issues, and drive performance improvements.
• Support deployments, releases, and migrations.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and document best practices.
• Maintain technical docs and ensure high-quality solutions.
• Work with business, QA, and cross-functional teams.

• Document Composition & IntegrationDesign document templates, correspondence packages, and multi-channel output solutions.


• Configure data mapping, conditional logic, and content management components.


• Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications, databases, and downstream delivery platforms.


• Testing & SupportPerform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.


• Support deployments, releases, and production migrations.


• Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes.


• Collaboration & QualityParticipate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.


• 3–5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands‑on exposure to GCP.


• Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.


• Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.


• Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
