Job summary

Cosmo First Ltd in Maharashtra, India seeks a production operator with hands-on experience in BOPP slitting. The role involves operating slitting machines, loading jumbo rolls safely, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety norms.

You will set controls, monitor performance, plan operation sequences, and record data to maintain smooth production flow. Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating machines, especially slitting lines.
• Familiar with standard operating procedures for production lines.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001, ISCC+ and BRCGS standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate BOPP slitting machines per SOPs.
• Load and unload jumbo rolls safely using hoist/crane.
• Set and adjust slit widths, tension, speed, knife positioning, and rewind parameters.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation.
• Plan sequences of operations and record data.
• Start machines and maintain production logs.
