Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a Slitting Operator for the plastic industry to operate and monitor slitting machines and ensure quality and safety standards on the production line.

You will set machine parameters, load and unload films, verify width and tension, and maintain shift records while coordinating with QA and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/HSC preferred.
• Experience in plastic/film manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing.

Job Description

The Slitting Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring slitting machines used for cutting plastic films, laminates, or rolls into required sizes as per production specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
