You will cover facial treatments, product usage, hygiene practices, and SOP adherence, while evaluating trainees and coordinating with salon managers to roll out services across locations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in skincare, beauty, salon training or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments and skincare products.
• Excellent practical knowledge of professional skin services.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in conducting training for groups and individuals.
• Ability to travel frequently to different locations.
• Professional grooming and personality.
• Experience with a salon or beauty brand will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and confident Skin Trainer for our upcoming salon brand. The candidate will be responsible for travelling to different salon locations and conducting practical and theoretical training for salon staff. The trainer should have strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, product usage, hygiene, and salon service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct skin and facial training sessions at different salon locations.
• Train salon staff on professional skincare and facial services.
• Demonstrate correct techniques, product application, and treatment procedures.
• Ensure staff follow the brand's SOPs and service standards.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands‑on training.
• Train staff on skin consultation, skin types, and suitable treatments.
• Educate staff about skincare products, ingredients, usage, and precautions.
• Evaluate trainees' skills and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct refresher and advanced training sessions whenever required.
• Identify training gaps and report them to the management.
• Maintain training records, assessments, and feedback reports.
• Coordinate with salon managers and operations teams during training visits.
• Support the launch and standardization of skincare services across new locations.
• Stay updated with the latest skincare treatments, techniques, and industry trends.
