Job summary

People Prime Worldwide seeks a capable Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and APIs, while delivering secure, scalable frontend components. You will work across teams to enhance performance, observability, and testing, and contribute to CI/CD practices.

Experience with Sitecore is a plus. Strong communication in English, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer delivering production web applications.
• Strong front-end engineering skills (HTML/CSS, React).
• Strong back-end engineering skills (.NET/Node.js), API design, authentication/authorisation concepts.
• Working knowledge of software engineering practices: OO/design patterns, version control (Git), CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Good interpersonal communication skills; able to work as part of a team
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• Capability to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
• Structured, systematic working style; positive attitude and keen to learn
• Able to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain back-end services and APIs (REST/GraphQL), including integration with upstream/downstream systems.
• Implement secure coding practices, performance optimisation, and observability (logging/monitoring) to meet enterprise requirements.
• Write clean, reusable, well-tested code; contribute to code reviews and shared standards.
• Create and maintain automated tests (unit/integration) and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, security, and platform teams to deliver increments efficiently.
• CMS (plus): when supporting content-managed sites, develop components/templates, integrate content with services, and support authoring needs (preferably in Sitecore).
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
• Develop and maintain front-end features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React/NodeJS) and responsive, accessible UI patterns.
