Job summary

Fluid AI in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Supervisor to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects across Rasayani and Prabhadevi. The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and willingness to travel between sites as project needs demand.

You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and labor, monitor material usage and safety compliance, and maintain site documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in Construction and Interior projects.
• Knowledge of civil construction and interior fit-out processes.
• Ability to read architectural/interior drawings and BOQs.
• Strong coordination and people-management skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently between Rasayani, Prabhadevi, and other sites as needed.
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities at construction and interior fit-out sites, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor material usage, wastage, and stock levels at site.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance at all sites.
• Conduct regular quality checks and report deviations to the Project/Site Manager.
• Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with design/interior teams for execution of interior works (flooring, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, electrical/plumbing fit-outs, etc.).
• Travel between Rasayani and Prabhadevi sites as required, and to other locations on a need basis.
• Liaise with clients/consultants on site to address queries and resolve on-ground issues.

Role Overview:

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi as applicable).
• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Other Details:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Travel: Must be willing to travel on need basis to Rasayani and Prabhadevi
• Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month, based on experience.
