Job summary

NF Forgings seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee site-level production activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery. The role involves supervising manufacturing processes, managing manpower, and operating equipment while upholding Lean/5S standards.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent, demonstrates strong leadership and decision-making abilities, and can work in shifts under deadline pressure. Location: Corporate Office, Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Understanding of production processes, manpower handling and machine operation.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and basic quality tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis).
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel).
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
