Job summary

Jindal Infinity Homes is seeking a skilled professional to oversee finishing works on hotel, residential or commercial projects in Haridwar.

You will ensure adherence to drawings, monitor quality across plaster, tiles, marble, granite, waterproofing, paint, putty, gypsum ceilings, electrical and plumbing, maintain daily progress reports, and ensure optimal material utilization by coordinating with contractors and labor teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in building finishing works.
• Good knowledge of drawings and quality.
• Experience in handling contractors and labour teams.
• Experience in hotel, residential or commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finishing activities as per the architect's drawings.
• Check quality & workmanship of plaster, tiles, marble, granite, waterproofing, paint, putty, gypsum ceiling, electrical, plumbing.
• Maintain daily progress report.
• Ensure proper material utilization.
