Job summary

Next Angle Design Studio is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee project execution on-site for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role requires coordinating with architects, contractors and labor teams while ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in construction or interior supervision, and good Tamil and English communication. Willingness to travel across project sites in Chennai is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, architecture or interior project supervision.
• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction and interior execution at project sites.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and labor teams.
• Ensure work conforms to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
• Verify measurements and monitor material usage on-site.
• Ensure safety standards and site discipline are followed.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues with the design team.
• Attend client meetings and provide site updates as required.
• Maintain daily site reports and documentation.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
