Role Description

The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities, ensuring that structural steel, PEB, roofing, and cladding work is executed according to engineering designs and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and collaborating with project managers, designers, and contractors to resolve technical issues. The role also involves reviewing drawings, preparing site reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting timely completion of milestones. The Site Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.
