Responsibilities

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced SRE / DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, production reliability, monitoring, and deployment processes. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability, availability, security, and cost.


• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reliable deployment/rollback processes.


• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and drive RCA and reliability improvements.


• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate operational tasks.


• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK/OpenSearch.


• Manage containerized applications using Docker and preferably Kubernetes / ECS / EKS.


• Support production data pipelines, ETL workflows, and scheduled jobs.


• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and Redis environments.


• Implement infrastructure security, backups, disaster recovery, and access management.


• Work closely with backend engineers on releases, infrastructure planning, and platform improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.


• Strong production experience with AWS.


• Good understanding of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and IAM.


• Experience with Git, GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, and Terraform.


• Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability tools.


• Strong scripting skills in Bash; Python is a plus.


• Experience supporting high‑availability, cloud‑native, and microservices‑based applications.


• Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.


• Experience with fintech, financial data, or data‑intensive platforms is a plus.

You’ll be someone who can independently own production infrastructure, keep systems reliable and scalable, automate wherever possible, and ensure smooth deployments with minimal downtime.
