Job summary

Synechron in Gurugram is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join MAM Fund Management Public and Investment Operations. You will ensure stability and uptime, drive compliance, and automate repetitive tasks while leveraging AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires experience with Secrets Management, vulnerability patching, certificate lifecycle, monitoring tools like Splunk and Grafana, and GitOps practices using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Bamboo.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Secrets Management, Vulnerability Patching, Certificate Lifecycle, Software/App upgrades, Tech Resiliency.
• Extensive experience addressing risk control metrics such as password rotations, obsolescence, user access management.
• Strong background in automating manual processes.
• Experience working in monitoring and observability tools e.g. Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Building, deploying, and maintaining AWS components using CloudFormation e.g. EC2, S3, IAM, Lambdas, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB.
• Strong understanding of Secure by design principles.
• GitOps and CI/CD experience e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, ArgoCD.
• Experience performing cleanup/decommissioning activities.
• Capability to perform L1/L2 on-call support functions.
