Job summary

Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services, seeks a Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator in Bengaluru, India. The role focuses on managing kit materials, coordinating site work, and maintaining the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system across projects.

Minimum qualifications include a Life Science bachelor’s degree and two years in clinical research; a Master’s in Life Science is preferred. This is an individual contributor on-site position with mid-level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science required.
• 2 years of experience in Clinical research industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project or site level.
• Enter work orders into the database after reviewing project limitations.
• Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project changes.
• Troubleshoot and inform Project Manager of complex kit supply issues.
• Assist Investigator sites with resupply of collection kits and materials.
• Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team.
• Adjust or customize the KMS system to meet investigator site needs.
• Assist Technical Administrator with complex baggie kit instructions and database issues.
• Ensure timely adherence to SOPs, WI, and management communications.
• Support implementation of global processes and procedures.
• Track and report metrics as required by management.
• Document service failures and escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Rotational Shift AM : 05:30 AM – 02:30PM PM : 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM NS : 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties:

• Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project level according to Statement of Work (SOW) and/or at site level as necessary;
• Enter the work orders into the database, after reviewing any project specific limitations or requirements;
• Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project modifications;
• Troubleshoot, resolve and inform Project Manager (PM) of any complex kit supply issues;
• Assists Investigator sites with researching resupply of collection kits and materials;
• Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team;
• Adjust or customize the KMS system as needed to meet the needs of the investigator sites;
• Assisting Technical Administrator (TA) with complex baggie kit instructions and other database issues.
• Effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
• Assists and supports the implementation of global processes and procedures.
• Tracks and reports metrics as determined by management in the agreed timelines.
• Document all service failures, resolve, and elevate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science 2 years of experience in Clinical research industry.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Life Science
