Job summary

Labcorp in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee to join our team. You will help manage kit materials, maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system, and support investigator sites and the Project Manager in kit-related operations.

The role is an individual contributor, on-site position with rotational schedules. A Bachelor’s Degree in Science is required; a Master’s Degree in Science is preferred, and up to 6 months of clinical research experience is

• 6 months work experience in a clinical research industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project level according to SOW and/or at site level as necessary
• Enter the work orders into the database, after reviewing any project specific limitations or requirements
• Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project modifications
• Troubleshoot, resolve and inform PM of any complex kit supply issues
• Assist Investigator sites with researching resupply of collection kits and materials
• Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team
• Adjust or customize the KMS system as needed to meet the needs of the investigator sites
• Assisting TA with complex baggie kit instructions and other database issues
• Effective adherence to SOPs and WI
• Document all service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when resolution is incomplete
• Other duties as assigned by management

Labcorp is seeking a Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee to join our team at Yeshwantpur, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Work Schedule Rotational Shift AM : 05:30 AM – 02:30PM PM : 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM NS : 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties: Performs main functions of Kit Inventory Center as needed, which includes but not limited to:

• Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project level according to Statement of Work (SOW) and/or at site level as necessary;
• Enter the work orders into the database, after reviewing any project specific limitations or requirements;
• Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project modifications;
• Troubleshoot, resolve and inform Project Manager (PM) of any complex kit supply issues;
• Assists Investigator sites with researching resupply of collection kits and materials;
• Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team;
• Adjust or customize the KMS system as needed to meet the needs of the investigator sites;
• Assisting Technical Administrator (TA) with complex baggie kit instructions and other database issues.
• Effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
• Document all service failures, resolve, and escape to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Science

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Science

6 months work experience in a clinical research industry
