Job summary

Labcorp in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a Kit Control Coordinator I to manage kit material supply and inventory for clinical studies at the Yeshwantpur site.

As an individual contributor, you will maintain the KMS system, support investigator sites, and ensure SOP/WI adherence while coordinating with project teams to resolve kit-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science is required.
• Master’s Degree in Science preferred.
• 6 months work experience in a clinical research industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project level according to SOW and/or at site level as necessary.
• Enter the work orders into the database, after reviewing any project specific limitations or requirements.
• Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project modifications.
• Troubleshoot, resolve and inform Project Manager (PM) of any complex kit supply issues.
• Assists Investigator sites with researching resupply of collection kits and materials.
• Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team.
• Adjust or customize the KMS system as needed to meet the needs of the investigator sites.
• Assisting Technical Administrator (TA) with complex baggie kit instructions and other database issues.
• Effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, SOPs and WI.
• Document all service failures, resolve, and elevate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Labcorp is seeking a Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee to join our team at Yeshwantpur, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Work Schedule

Rotational Shift AM: 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM PM: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM NS: 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM

Job Responsibilities
