Job summary

IPL Labcorp Laboratories India Private Limited seeks a Kit Production Assistant III for our Bengaluru site. The role demands meticulous management of kit materials, strict adherence to SOPs, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely delivery of kits and supplies.

The successful candidate will have a Life Science degree with clinical research exposure and be able to operate in a fast-paced laboratory environment, supporting investigators and site staff across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science with 2 years' experience in the clinical research industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project level according to SOW and/or at site level as necessary.
• Enter the work orders into the database, after reviewing project-specific limitations or requirements.
• Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project modifications.
• Troubleshoot, resolve and inform Project Manager of any complex kit supply issues.
• Assist Investigator sites with researching resupply of collection kits and materials.
• Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team.
• Adjust or customize the KMS system as needed to meet investigator site needs.
• Assist TA with complex baggie kit instructions and other database issues.
• Adhere to management communications, SOPs and WI; support global processes and procedures.

Work Schedule

Rotational Shift AM : 05:30 AM – 02:30PM PM : 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM NS : 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties:

• Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project level according to Statement of Work (SOW) and/or at site level as necessary;
• Enter the work orders into the database, after reviewing any project specific limitations or requirements;
• Adjust inventory of collection kits as reported by sites or due to project modifications;
• Troubleshoot, resolve and inform Project Manager (PM) of any complex kit supply issues;
• Assists Investigator sites with researching resupply of collection kits and materials;
• Review and research incoming orders from Investigator Support Team;
• Adjust or customize the KMS system as needed to meet the needs of the investigator sites;
• Assisting Technical Administrator (TA) with complex baggie kit instructions and other database issues.
• Effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
• Assists and supports the implementation of global processes and procedures.
• Tracks and reports metrics as determined by management in the agreed timelines.
• Document all service failures, resolve, and escalates to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science 2 years of experience in Clinical research industry.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Life Science
