Job summary

Jobs Hr Agency Vadodara invites applications for a Plant Head role requiring a minimum of 25 years of work experience, preferably in the ChloAlkali industry. The position leads Operations & Manufacturing, Maintenance & Engineering, and SHE, driving safe, efficient, and compliant plant performance.

The candidate should have strong leadership, a track record of achieving targets, and familiarity with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of work experience, preferably in a ChloAlkali industry.
• Experience as a Plant Head.
• Knowledge of PSM implementation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted production.
• Ensure achievement of production targets, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and asset utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Direct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to maximize plant availability and reliability.
• Oversee engineering functions and ensure optimum utilization of plant equipment and infrastructure.
• Drive modernization, debottlenecking, and technology upgradation initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the complex.
• Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability standards.
• Drive initiatives for zero-accident performance and environmental protection
• Knowledge of PSM implementation is preferred
• ETP handlign and achieving norms within pollution board limits
• Pollution boards
• Factory inspector/DISH
• Electrical inspector
• Dealing with Power supply boards and transmission authorities
• Explosive and poison licensing
• Board reporting as and when needed
• Gram sarpanch and municipal commissioner, etc.
