Job summary

R2R Consults in Vadodara, India, seeks an experienced Complex/Plant Head to lead end-to-end plant operations, drive production, operational excellence, cost optimization and continuous improvement.

You will oversee maintenance, engineering and modernization initiatives, ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and statutory norms, and manage liaison with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations, maintenance, engineering and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure production, safety, quality, environmental and statutory compliance.
• Oversee power plant operations, boilers and co-generation turbines.
• Drive SHE initiatives, PSM, ETP compliance and zero-accident culture.
• Manage statutory liaison with Pollution Board, DISH/Factory Inspector, Electrical Inspector and power authorities.
• Handle plant efficiency, debottlenecking and technology upgradation.
