Job summary

SYSTRA India invites applications for a Site Engineer (Telecom) for PMC Kavach, Bina-Itarsi-Jujharpur and related tracks in West Central Railway. Location: Madhya Pradesh; On-site work.

Minimum ITI (Telecom) or 10+2 (Science), Diploma in Civil Engineering preferable; total minimum 5 years of experience (2 years for Diploma; 1 year for degree). Responsibilities include supervising on-site civil activities, safety, reports.

Qualifications

• ITI (Telecom) or 10+2 (Science) is required; Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience; 2 years for Diploma holders, 1 year for degree holders.
• At least 2 years experience in Civil works or railways supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to the project manager and clients.
• Ensure all civil works are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Systra is appointed as Project Management Services for Provision of KAVACH (Train Collision Avoidance System) in Bina-Itarsi- Jujharpur section, BPL-SHRN section and UP and DN flyover track from Jujharpur to Powarkheda of Bhopal Division, West Central Railway

Profile/Skills

• At least 2 years experience in Civil works or as Works Supervisor/JE (Works) in Railways.
