Job Summary
The Site Engineer with MEP Specialization is responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of water infrastructure projects. This includes water treatment plants, pipelines, reservoirs, and other related facilities. The role involves project planning, quality assurance, safety compliance, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure construction meets industry standards. Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure construction sites comply with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct safety meetings and audits to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in construction or water infrastructure projects, Experience into MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar certification is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software, project management tools, and engineering design software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work on construction sites, including climbing, walking, and lifting. Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
