Job summary

Growth For Impact in India seeks a field role to capture site measurements, support final layout planning, and guide installers to meet installation standards. You will monitor on-site execution for zero-defect deliveries and lead post-install QA across rooftop and ground-mounted sites, with travel as needed.

Candidates should have Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering, good communication, and at least 1 year in solar project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical.
• Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th grades.
• Age 28 or below.
• Experience in the C&I segment.
• At least 1 year of experience executing ground-mount or rooftop solar plants with a minimum capacity of 50kW.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
