Responsibilities include on-site surveys, feeding site data to the design team, coordinating with installers, ensuring compliance with National Electrical Code and NOS, and delivering timely, high-quality project execution with strong client communication.

Qualifications

• 60% or above in 10th and 12th grades.
• Experience in C&I segment.
• 1 year experience in executing ground-mount or rooftop solar plants of 50 kW+ capacity.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code and NOS.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral & written communication skills.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conductthorough site surveys and accurately communicate site details,measurements, and layout requirements to the design team.
  
• Collaboratewith the design team to finalize project layouts and ensure allsite-specific considerations are incorporated.
  
• Presentand explain design plans to clients when necessary to facilitate timelyapproval.
  
• Coordinatewith installers to ensure precise execution of projects, strictlyfollowing Freyr's systems and processes.
  
• Performon-site monitoring of installations as required to ensure zero errors andcompliance with project specifications.
  
• Leadquality assessments for both rooftop and ground-mounted solar plantsacross the assigned region.
  
• Enforcestrict adherence to predefined quality parameters post-installation tomaintain system integrity and performance.
  
• Deliverresponsive after-sales service and maintenance support, ensuring timelyresolution of issues.
  
• Executemaintenance activities according to the assigned schedule and trackperformance metrics.
  
• Diagnoseservice requests to identify root causes and implement effective,long-term solutions.
  
• Conducttroubleshooting, fault detection, and root cause analysis to preventrecurring issues.
  
• Maintaincomprehensive records of site surveys, project execution, clientdocumentation, and service reports.

Requirements

• 60% above in 10th and 12th grades
• Candidate must have experience in the C&I segment.
• Should have 1 year of experience in executing ground-mountor rooftop solar plants with a minimum capacity of 50 kW and above.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code, NationalOccupational standards (NOS) and standarddesign/construction practices
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good oral & written communication skills.
