Enerkraft Venture is seeking a Site Engineer - Electrical with hands-on experience in RDSS/DDUGJY power distribution projects to lead field execution.

The role requires supervising 11kV/33kV distribution works, coordinating with contractors and utilities, and ensuring adherence to drawings, BOQ and safety standards. Strong site-management and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with 11kV/33kV lines, feeders, substations, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise 11kV/33kV HT line and LT distribution works at project sites.
• Oversee pole erection, conductor stringing, sagging, tensioning and line alignment.
• Install and maintain 11kV/33kV feeders, HT/LT lines, DTs, switches and RMU equipment.
• Ensure work complies with SLDs, drawings, BOQ, specs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, utility officials and site teams.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower, material consumption and work quality.
• Prepare site reports, DPRs, material reconciliation and measurement docs.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer - Electrical with hands-on experience in RDSS / DDUGJY power distribution projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems and practical site execution experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise 11kV / 33kV HT line and LT distribution works at project sites.
• Hands-on experience with different types of ACSR conductors such as Rabbit, Weasel, Dog, Wolf and other commonly used conductors.
• Supervision of pole erection, conductor stringing, sagging, tensioning and line alignment.
• Installation and maintenance of 11kV/33kV feeders, HT/LT lines, DTs, AB switches, GOAB isolators, LA, DO fuse, RMU and other distribution equipment.
• Knowledge of 33/11kV substations, transformer installation and associated electrical works.
• Ensure work execution as per approved SLD, drawings, BOQ, specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, utility officials and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower, material consumption and work quality.
• Prepare DPR, site reports, material reconciliation and measurement-related documents.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, PPE and project quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of 11kV & 33kV distribution networks.
• Good understanding of HT/LT lines, DTs, poles, conductors and electrical distribution equipment.
• Hands-on experience in RDSS / DDUGJY / utility power distribution projects.
• Good knowledge of site execution, manpower handling and contractor coordination.
• Ability to read and understand Electrical SLDs and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and site-management skills.

Candidate Preference

Candidate Preference: Candidates who have directly worked on RDSS projects at site level and have practical experience in 11kV/33kV line execution and distribution infrastructure will be preferred.
