Job summary

Cauvery Buildtech is seeking a Sr. Site Engineer (Interior) with 3-10 years of experience in interior fit-out or furnishing projects, preferably in commercial buildings.

The candidate will manage day-to-day site execution, ensure quality and safety, and deliver projects on schedule across Kerala. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong leadership are essential for coordinating labour, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–10 years of interior project experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and documentation.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site execution as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor work quality, safety standards, and adherence to project plans
• Coordinate and supervise labour, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepare and certify labour and subcontractor bills
• Communicate effectively with project managers, consultants, and clients
• Review AutoCAD drawings and resolve on-site technical issues
