Job summary

TeamHome is seeking a hands-on Site Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities across residential projects in Bengaluru. The role requires an on-site presence and a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, with a minimum 1 year of site supervision experience.

You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams, ensure drawings and quality standards are followed, and maintain meticulous site reports to support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction practices and drawing interpretation.
• Understanding of BOQs, material estimation, and site coordination.
